Just a few years ago, Payro’s annual results are now their monthly results. That’s not just growth — that’s transformation.
We saw this firsthand yesterday during our Results On Purpose Quarterly Planning Meeting. As we reviewed the last quarter, Sales VP Greg Javins pointed out this milestone — and it’s a testament to the team’s relentless focus and discipline.
So how did they get here? It’s not magic. It’s a simple (but not easy) process:
•Lead with humility and curiosity.
•Build the right team — and grow them. (This is the hardest part.)
•Create a culture of real accountability. (The second hardest part.)
•Craft a clear plan — the Results Map.
•Empower your leaders to execute, refine, and repeat.
Every 90 days, we evaluate, coach, refine, and execute. Then we do it again.
Simple? Yes. Easy? Not at all.
