What in the income potential for a Results On Purpose coach?

Your earning potential as a Results On Purpose coach depends on your goals, experience, and client mix. But the math is simple – and the opportunity is real. For easy math we will use a Quarterly Coaching Fee of $5,000 or $20,000 per year per client company. So at this fee level, five clients equals $100,000 in annual revenue.

How many clients a coach can maintain at one time depends on the coach and the location of clients. For example, some coaches will have a practice that rarely requires overnight travel, thus they may manage more clients. Contrast that with the founder who maintains about fifteen clients in more than a dozen cities plus additional mastermind groups and speaking engagements.

In addition to core coaching revenue, coaches can earn additional income with paid mastermind groups, public speaking, or leadership retreat facilitation. Another important detail is that every client requires a commitment of around 6-8 days per year plus any travel days. Five of these days are scheduled leadership planning meetings--three one-day quarterly planning meetings and a two-day annual planning meeting. Additional hours are taken up with one-on-one coaching or additional training modules outside of their leadership planning meetings.
