The monthly licensing fee for Results On Purpose coaches is $999 per month, which includes access to all essential training, tools, and support systems necessary to build and sustain a successful coaching practice. Specifically, this fee includes:

Master the System with On-Demand Training
Coaches receive access to an extensive library of training videos, supplemental guides, and checklists designed to help them master the system and deliver value to their clients.

One-on-One Coaching to Accelerate Your Growth
For the first six months, coaches participate in one-on-one coaching sessions 2-3 times per month. Beyond this initial phase, coaches continue to receive coaching on an as needed basis.

Community and Collaboration
Coaches gain access to a network of ROP coaches, participating in group training sessions, roundtables, and collaborative learning opportunities. This helps them refine their skills, share best practices, and continually grow.

Marketing and Sales Support
Coaches are provided with tools and templates to support client acquisition efforts as well as well as business development coaching.

Governance and Integrity
All coaches must adhere to the terms of the licensing agreement, which prohibits altering the system or its tools. This ensures the integrity of the program remains intact. Coaches who wish to propose changes may submit them for review, but consistent adherence to the proven system is a core expectation.
